Mykola Tomenko: Historical lands of Landscape Park "Trakhtemyriv" are not supposed to be in Property of Several People and Hunting Place
Mykola Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appealed to the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine, Oleksandr Medvedko and Minister on Environmental protection, Georgiy Filipchuk in order to determine the status of the land regional landscape park "Trakhtemyriv" and legitimacy of its use by the private structures.
The given problem was touched upon on this week in Ukrainian mass media, in particular in program "Poperedzhennia" with Mykola Veresen on the First National TV channel.
M. Tomenko in its turn reminded that in its time, the landscape park possessed unique archeology and nature memorials that later had been destroyed.
The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada emphasized that on the territory of the regional reserve appear objects of the private property that contradict with the constitution of Ukraine and the order of the President of Ukraine from 01. 12. 2008, №1129/2008 "On Broadening of the Territories of the National Natural Parks and other Natural-Reserve Objects", that strictly define the further strategy of broadening of the lands belonging to the natural-reserve fund.
"Uncertainty of reserve lands status, when de-jure land belongs to the state property and de-facto - in the private structures possession taking into consideration the fact that the latter restrict the access to the reserve for the citizens and experts", - M. Tomenko´s appeal declares.
